Can I retrieve a deleted document?

I deleted a Publisher document that I now want back. I am using Office Small
Business Edition 2003. I thought there was a way to retrieve deleted
documents but I don't know how. Please help.

Did you empty your Recycle Bin? If so, there are some third party programs
out there to help you retreive lost/deleted files from your hard drive.

The longer you wait, the worse off you are; especially if you perform disk
cleanups or disk defragmentations at all.
