Can I run an unattended presentation w/ dual monitors?

I need to run an unattended, repeating presentation on the
second monitor while running other apps on the first.
However, if I switch to another app on the first monitor,
the presentation freezes on the currently displayed slide.

There are no issues with PP detecting the second display.

Bryan,

PPT is a very hardware intesive application that is designed to use all the
systems resources. So much so in fact that it stops if you take away the
focus for another application. Tis the nature of the beast. There are add
ons that allow what you are asking but at some point the resources are going
to hit a solid wall and something has to suffer.

Try PowerShow add-in from
http://officerone.tripod.com/powershow/powershow.html - among other things,
it enables you run a slide show on the secondary monitor while you continue
to work on something else on the primary monitor.
