Can I save a MSProject report to a file?

Hello Kathleen,

Not directly. If you have a product such as Adobe Acrobat, you could
print a report to the program and create a PDF file. You can export
data from MS Project into a product like Excel. See FAQ #16 for some of
the 3rd party choices for pdf creating at:

http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Kathleen,
If you are talking about one of the built-in reports (View/Reports),
then unfortunately, no, those reports can only be viewed in Project.
However, most of the built-in reports can be emulated by customizing a
standard Project view or the necessary data can be exported to a more
universal application, such as Excel, for sharing with other users.

You might also like to take a look at FAQ 16 - Project Viewers, on our
MVP website at, http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs.htm

Hope this helps.
