How can I save directly into the same folder every time in Office 365 / Windows 10?

I hope that someone can help. Just moved to Office 365 and Windows 10. In my old setup, my word documents always saved directly to the same folder directly by default (File 'save as' pointed directly to the destination folder).

Is there a way to set this file path up rather than having to click 3 or 4 times to get the right file path everytime?
