Can I send an Outlook message from an Access form?

I used to be able to do this using the 'sendkeys' function and referring to
form variables to drop details into an Outlook message. However I dont seem
to be able to do this anymore (On Access 2003)
Does anyone know how I can fix this? Or suggest an alternative way I can do
this?
Much appreciated.
