Can I set a Journal Entry Type default to "Task"?

When I create a new Journal Entry, the Entry Type defualts to "Phone Call".
Can I get it to default to "Task" instead?

A separate issue is when I drag a task into Journal, why does the start time
default to '00:00' rather than the current time?

1) Not that I'm aware of. you can change it to say Task... but that's not
the same. http://www.inquiry.com/techtips/exo_pro/10min/10min0999.asp

2) The journal uses the due date (received time or appointment time)... if
no due date, it uses the current time here. Type 'now' in the field to use
the current time (works for date field too). [[For more date and time
