Can I track desktop support request with Project 2003?

Help TrackIt w/MS Project 2003

I need an application that will keep track of desktop support requests.
From; problems; errors messages; hardware; software; user location; phone#;
etc.

Action taken; by who; time stamp; date stamp; etc.

I also need it to work with Office Pro 2003.

No!! Operations and projects are two different cultures and MS Project is
not a help desk system Strongly recommend you look for help desk software.
