Can I uninstall student/teacher 2003 then install on another comp.

I am allowed to install my student/teacher 2003 on 3 different home
computers. If I install it on a computer, then have to restore my computer
and reinstall it, does that mean I've used up two of the licenses? ALSO...
if I install it on a computer then purchase a new computer and no longer use
the older one, can I uninstall it on the old one and install it on the new
one & does that count as just one license or does it use up two of them?
