can I use one note as simple data base for medical office patient.

I think it would be agreat idea to use one note as tool to chart in medical
office.
ie. patient visit documentations, like the soap template. it would help to
be able to user defined pull down menues....

another great add on function is to able to look up text in user define data
base like if I have text ward in one note like drug name it would be helpfull
if one of the option for me is to search the drug in the PDR data base only,
or any data base I set as default for the search.
