Can I use pivot tables for this task?

I have a large dataset that I am currently using to compare Year-To-Date
totals via a series of pivot tables, by region and by country.

There's a column in the data that summarises each YTD totals, i.e. 2006 YTD,
2007 YTD, and Budget 2007 YTD. I use these totals to feed my pivot tables.

However, I now need to analyse the monthly YTD trends in the data. This
means I need to compare the numbers in each monthly column, arranged as
follows: "2006 Jan", "2007 Jan" and "2007 Budget Jan", then "2006 Feb", "2007
Feb", etc.

I eventually need to draw an overlaid line graph showing the trends in all
three.

I have in the past been copying and pasting the data into a template and
updating existing charts, but this only works for one country at a time and
is very laborious.

I am copying & pasting the the above data like this:

Jan Feb Mar Apr...
2006 10 12 12 10...
Budget 11 13 13 11...
2007 8 10 12 14...

What I would like is to have the above displayed in a pivot chart, with the
country name as a Page Field so that I just need to select each country name
to display the trends for that country.

Is it possible to do this via pivot tables?
