can I use the Office 2003 dictionary in C#?

Hi.

I'm using C# (and the .net framework 2).

can I use the Office 2003 dictionary?

I want to search for translation of a word in the office dictionary and
print the result.

Is there a code sample anywhere? I couldn't find it.
