can not access outlook

I have windows vista business w a power pack 2 and cannot access outlook.
Every time I go and access it, it says I have to connect to Microsoft
Exchange. Please help

You can use the Mail applet in the control panel to remove the "Exchange"
account and/or add a POP3/IMAP account.
