Can not activate when re-install Office 2003

Hi,

I purchased a Sony laptop on Feb 2006. This one has Microsoft Office Small
Business 2003 embedded with it.

First time installed, I did not activate Office until it locked. I tried to
Activate Product by calling to a phone number. I could activate it that time
successfully.

Recently, I did the recovery (format all and re-install all). When I click
on Word, it shows the dialog and ask me to input the Product Key. It does not
offer a way to call like before. I don't have Product Key (I did not remember
how did I activate the first time but at that time, I also did not have
Product Key).

Anybody got the same situation?

Susan Ramlet

Contact the place where you bought the hardware / software. If they
pre-installed it, you will need to get the installation information from
them.
