Can only view email 14 days old and older

I have a user that reported to me he is only able to see his email that is 2
weeks old and older, none of his recent stuff appears in any of his personal
folders.
I have checked to see if he has any filters set he does not.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does this user have the folder sorted by a field, such as by icon?
