Can Outlook '97 use stationery?

I use Outlook Express for my e-mail, my sister uses Outlook (she has a new
computer with XP so probably it's a recent version). I have been sending
stationery to her - sometimes she gets all of it and sometimes she only gets
the text. Since I don't know Outlook, I am at a loss what to tell her to
do. Any suggestions? Is there any form of stationery she is more apt to
receive? Or not receive???

I have Office '97. I looked at the version of Outlook that comes with
it...but I don't really know how to run it so that isn't a lot of help.
<sigh> Can Outlook '97 even USE stationery? I can't find how to apply it
if that is so.

I would appreciate some help, maybe a nudge in the right direction to locate
a tutorial or something. I have been searching online but it's hard to find
the right resources.

Thanks in advance.

No. Outlook 97 did not contain support for HTML. This was
included in Outlook 98 and above...
