Can RBS be modified?

I have just installed Project Server 2003 and want to create an rbs based on our organizational structure. I have all of the breakdowns for our location but do not have a breakdown structure for our 2 remote locations. If I create the rbs structure with the 3 locations underneath the top level, is it possible for me to enter in the breakdowns underneath 1 location and come back at a later time and enter the breakdowns under the 2 other locations? If I understand your question right, the answer is yes.

We revise the RBS regularly without problems. All you have
to to is modify the outline code and edit the enterprise
resource pool after that.
