Can receive but not send attachments Outlook 2003

My Outlook at home uses my business server for email. I
receive attachments. When I try to send attachments, the
email does not get sent. I can go onto Microsoft
Exhchange on the web to send attachments through my
office server, and there is no problem. I had the same
problem with my earlier version of Outlook at home
(Outlook 2000). Any ideas?

Do you get any error messages when the mail is mot sent?
