Can someone give me subweb guidance?

Olivia

Help! This subweb thing is driving me crazy. OK......I know from my last
posting that I can use a separate theme with out destroying my main site.
That is working. But I am having publishing problems. The theme for the site
with its navigation bar isn't publishing. I come up with a white background
and no navigation. It is located at : www.TheEarlyYears.com/RockingHorses .
and the other issue is that I should be able to access it by putting in
http://www.RockingHorses.TheEarlyYears.com too and I get page not found. Is
the address incorrect? I am a real newbie with these subwebs.
Thanks for your help
Olivia
