Can u copy Shortcuts set up in one profile to a new profile?

New outlook profiles had to be created because of a problem with outlook
which rerunning/reinstalling, or running the fix did not fix.
We have users with extensive Shortcut lists with shortcuts from several
servers, folders, etc.
Is there a way to copy the shortcuts from the old profile to the new profile?
