can you add extra pages in microsoft projects like in excel

You can add extra views. How do you envisage the extra pages being used?

The basic answer is no, but you can have more than one Project file open at
the same time.

I've requested this feature from Microsoft for many years now. Unfortunately
I haven't had much traction for the idea and no, Project does not support
this:-(

Imagine one sheet per phase or iteration. For small maintenance type
projects there could be one sheet for each project and if there was a front
sheet that was an automatic consolidation of all other sheets then.... And
if different people could lock different sheets for read/write access then
wow!
