Can you autocorrect/autotext beyond 255 characters

I have large sections of text that I would like to duplicate using a code,
but many sections are larger then 255 characters. Any suggestions to work
around this limitation?

AutoText can be virtually any size (and can have virtually any type of
content); the entry *name* is limited, however.

As Suzanne mentions, AutoText is a great way to handle it. You might

However, know that if you don't need RichText formatting, you might
want to also look into Word Document Variables, as that's a great
place/way to tuck away a lot of content for automation.

Good luck...
