Can you fix all script errors on your assistance site, we can't e.

The help system on Office 2003 gets it's information via the online office
assistance site. However, this site has many script errors that cause the
debug message to appear in the sub-browser of the Office 2003 Help system
and it prevents accessing of many help links. We even tried to report this
problem via the assistance website; however, script errors prevented us from
accessing the message page and posting the problem. This is very frustrating
and time consuming. If you need additional debug information, please contact
me at the associated passport account.

1) This isn't Microsoft - it's a peer-to-peer Usenet group.

2) Why on earth would anyone from MS contact you anyway?! If Office came
with your computer you're not entitled to any assistance from Microsoft
anyway.

3) I have Office 2003 and the online help works flawlessly, therefore
that would tell me that there's nothing wrong with the online help and
everything wrong with your computer - or the configuration thereof. You do
not need to be online to access Office's help - you can switch the online
assistance off and just use the offline help.

Hi Paul,

In Internet Explorer you can use the 'Advanced' tab
in Tools and select the [x] Disable script debugging
choice to see if that gets past the issues.

It can be a problem in the web page or in the browser
installation as well.
