Can you hyperlink to a certain page in a pdf?

Trying to put a hyperlink to a pdf document - can do that, but I would like
for the links to go to particular pages of the pdf.

Any advice?

The PDf needs to have bookmark at the location to load. Failing that,
open it up in distiller and see what tags are already there, you may
be able to use an existing bookmark or something.
