can you import AVI files in Power Point to have moving background.

Is it possible to use moving background within powerpoint? Does anyone know?
Is there any program out there to add on to powerpoint that will allow this?

Movies always play on top, so they are not good choices for a background. Also
consider how distracting it can be to see something moving on every slide when
you are trying to see and understand what the presenter is discussing. Where do
you want your audience's attention directed?
