Can you load Word 2000 or Word 2003 on the new windows Vista?

Yes, older versions of Word will run on Vista.

If your older versions came bundled with a computer, though, the
license may forbid moving them to a different computer. Read the End
User License Agreement that's viewable in the Help > About dialog.
