you're password-protected it as you say.

It's bad practice to keep personal data on your company's computers. Some
would say this is misuse of a company resource and an argument can be made
that once you put data on a company resource, the data then belongs to the
company.
Never make the presumption that anything on a company resource is private.
In fact, it may violate your company's policies if you try to prevent
designated employees from accessing anything on a company resource and it
could be grounds for dismissal.
