Can you put "or "and" in rules

To save rules that are going to be the same in the end, can you bridge rules
together with "or" or "and"?

For example:a specified account or specified account or specified
account.......
then delete.

Depending on the condition, you can have OR. In fact, within
condition, OR is the only thing you can have. If you use more than on
condition, the conditions and ANDed; the message must match bot
conditions. With the specific condition you mention, however, there'
no way to specify multiple accounts
