We have a problem canceling conference rooms within a meeting and actually
have them be deleted from the room calendar when changing conference rooms to
say a larger room. Therefore, we have many conference rooms that look as if
they are booked, when in fact the room has been cancelled from the meeting
but it still shows up on the room calendar as busy. Has anyone found a work
around.
