cannot access any Help files in Office 2007

PC running XP (service pack 3) with previously installed Office 2003...
removed 2003 whilst loading Office Enterprise 2007 from DVD
Since installing 2007 I cannot access any Help Files from the various
applications Word etc. I have run and re-run Repair but no problem is found.
Any suggestions on trying to fix this

There is no Service Pack 3 for Windows XP so where did you get it from?
Microsoft hasn't released Service Pack 3 yet so it looks like you have
downloaded it from a rogue site situated in India. I remember receiving
such a link about 3 months ago but I thought that site was closed down
because MS went for them with a ton of $ to make sure they don't
distribute any viruses under the name of Microsoft..

Service Pack 3 was a typo should be SP2

Why do MS not assist with HUP Enterprise 2007 installation problems when my
company has Software Assurance but cannot give me the required sign in ID to
get support - so I have to pay
