cannot access Help files in 2007

PC running XP (service pack 3) with previously installed Office 2003...
removed 2003 whilst loading Office Enterprise 2007 from DVD
Since installing 2007 I cannot access any Help Files from the various
applications Word etc. I have run and re-run Repair but no problem is found.
Any suggestions on trying to fix this

I am experiencing the same problem, and even with Microsoft tech support, I
cannot access the help feature either.

I am having the same issue with none of the office programs have help
functions. Any body have suggestions?

Yes, I am having the same problem with my Office Pro Plus 2007 on Vista Home
Premium - Microsoft... HELP!!
