cannot add new task

Hallo
one user has problem adding new task. After setting up new task, pressing
save button,outlook sayis :"Outlook cannot finish action, inccorect
parameters" (maybe wrong translation, because I have czech outlook client.

its the same in several workstations, so no wrong instalation of outlook.

any idea?
