Cannot cancel a print job, printer is paused, cannot restart

My printer is "stuck" on "paused" and I cannot cancel a print job (it's a
Flash document, if that makes any difference) - when I try to restart the
print job, I get the message "error processing command." I would like to
cancel the print job (I don't need it) and print other documents.

And your specific query regarding MS Office was...? If you don't have a
problem with Office, then go post somewhere else - a printing group
appropriate to your OS would be a good please to start.
