Cannot complete operation

I am trying to create a 2 sided postcard. Each time I select a design I get
an error message...Microsoft Publisher cannot complete operaion. What am I
doing wrong? Thanks for your help

Is there a number associated with your error? Is your graphics driver current?
Do you get the error when you use other templates. What version Publisher are
you using?
