Cannot connect to Server

After keying my password in outlook 2000, immediately
error popup, indicating cannot locate server. But if I
startup the system using "Safe mode with networking", I
have not problems at all. Seem like this is cause by some
security patches or update from Microsoft (having the same
problems with IE6.0 - cannot access internet).

Try to uninstall all security patch, still don't work.

Any idea ???
