cannot copy email with attachment

Context:
- I am running Outlook 2002 connected to an Exchange 2000
Server
- In my profile, I have the mailbox located on the
Exchange Server and a Personal Folder

Error:
- Only for certain emails with attachment, when I try to
copy from my personal folder (via a drag and drop of the
EDIT menu), I get the following error:
"You do not have sufficient permission to perform this
operation on this object. See the folder contact or the
system administrator"
- This only happens on certain emails but not on all of
them

I cannot find anything related to this in the Microsoft
KB. Thanks for the help
