I cannot delete emails from any of my personal folders in
Outlook 2002. This may or may not have resulted from a
NAV Live Update that caused a ruckus, error messages and a
need to shut down. When I rebooted, Outlook wouldn't open
because of a corrupted Outlook.pst file. I ran Inbox
Repair and then Office Repair, and was now able to open
Outlook, but at present I can neither delete emails or
drag and drop them to Deleted Items.
I get the message: "The messaging interface has returned
an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart
Outlook."
If I try to delete from the Deleted Items file, I get
a "corrupted file" error again, but I've run Inbox Repair
again, and it told me everything was okay.
Needless to say, I have tried shutdown, master off,
reboot, etc.
