cannot delete message from Drafts folder

I have a user who is running Outlook XP and is trying to
delete a message from their Drafts folder. When he tries
it, he receives the error message: Unknown Error. I'm
not able to find anything about this in the
knowledgebase, so any help would be appreciated.
