Cannot display pictures

I tried right-clicking and choosing download pictures (they are just
links embedded in the email message). It used to work but for some
reason it isnot working anymore...
I tried researching a bit but couldn't find a solution?
Can anyone advice?

it's the only one that supports the feature

what happens when you right click? Are all messages affected or just some?
