On a new computer with Windows XP preloaded by Compaq, and
Office 2003 basic edition, both in french version.
The keyboard is set to Belgian french (the hardware is
actually a french belgian keyboard). No other input
installed.
The user can input normally the @ character in word ,
excel or even in Outlook contact, but not in the "to:"
field when composing an email !!
