cannot find "custom property sets"

Running Visio Pro 2002 SP2, I am trying to run the following
instruction:

"If you have Visio 2002, try these:

Tools > Macros > Visio Extras > Apply Custom Property Set
Tools > Macros > Visio Extras > Edit Custom Property Sets"

Once the macro panel pops up there is no selection or option for VISIO
EXTRAS.

Do I have to enable it? I find nothing in the "help" about enabling
extras...

Thanks

Thanks for responding Al. the following if from Visio 2002 SP2 "help"
Im assuming that means 2002 has it. I have heard its and ADD-IN for
2002 but so far I havent found it

Add custom property sets to shapes
Create the custom property set.
How?

On the Tools menu, point to Macros, then point to Visio Extras, and
then click Edit Custom Property Sets.
Click Add, and then type a name for the custom property set.
Choose whether to create a new custom property set, a set based on the
currently selected shape, or a set based on an existing custom property
set, and then click OK.
To add or modify custom properties, select the custom property set, and
then click Define.
Edit, add, or delete custom properties.
Click OK twice.

Hi,

You can also get to the custom property sets window by a right-click in the
Custom Properties Window.

Thanks for replying Dick, Ive right clicked in the edit Custom
Properties and the Apply Custom Properties windows and the option to
"window" them does not come up. Exactly what should I be looking for?

Im confused, but thats not hard to do

Hi,

No problem, I'm referring to the Custom Properties Window. Look for the
Custom Properties Window item on the View menu on the main Visio menu bar
and select it. This should open the Custom Properties window - by default
it should appear in the lower right corner of the workspace. If you then
right-click inside this window, you'll get a menu which includes a "Custom
Property Sets..." item. Select this and the custom property sets dialog
will open.
