cannot get mail at all.

I am having trouble getting mail. i setup my account but
when i go to send recieve mail. it keeps asking me for my
password but it is already inserted. i also don't know if
my SMTP is correct. please hep me Asap. I am an attractive
male if that helps anyone reply to me quicker

Attractive males are nice, but informed users are better.

What version of Outlook are you using? Have you asked your ISP for the
server settings? If using 2002 or 2003, did you use the Test Account
Settings to test your ability to send/receive? If yes, did you get an
error? If yes again, what is the error message?
