Cannot get page transition

I set up a golf website
http://users.mn.astound.net/hometowngolf/

It all works well on the browser but I am trying to update it for the 2006
season and made some changes and tried to publish changes -- I think the
person at my sever gave me some bad info-
Now I can't get the page transition buttons to work in "Preview" ----
I get "this page cannot be displayed " message
Can any one help

Try File Menu | Preview in Browser and you have to be using IE as your browser.
