Cannot install Office 2003

Hi people,
Recently I met following problem:
I have the following system Windows XP Eng and NTFS system
on Toshiba SatellitePro 6100
When I run Setup.exe after asking serial number it says
'Microsoft Office Setup cannot continue because the
installing source has been corruped'.
I checked it but source is ok
What could it be??

Hi, Alex,

Try copying the CD to your hard drive and run setup from there. Do you get
the same error?
