Cannot load office 2000 asks for file 1302 HLP.dll file. What can.

I have tried to load microsost office 2000 on my new sony laptop with windows
xp. When configuring it cannot find file 1302 HLP.dll so it will not load
onto the computer. I have not had any problems until I have bought this
laptop. can anybody help.
