cannot load TSCS COM Add in

When I open a powerpoint, this message pops up. How to resolve this?

Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Thanks Steve. The full error msg is:"Can not load TCSC conversion COM Addin.
To use this feature, you must first install "Traditional Chinese - Simplied
Chinese Conversion" feature from Chinese Office or Chinese LPK."

Anywhere we can get this Add in and install it separately?
