Cannot make Outlook 2003 the default email program in IE

I made the Outlook the default email, calendar, and
contacts under the tools,options tab in Outlook. It
still does not show up as a selection in Internet
Explorer 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2, options, programs menu.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So have you set the Exp.Options/Prog/Email?
Or are you saying it keeps on getting reset to?
If so are you or someone also using a second email app?
