Cannot Open .jpeg files with existing path

When I receive a "photo" attachment and click on it, a msg
reading "power point cannot open this type of document"...
how/where do I change the path?

Hello Mary,
save the attachment.
right click on it
properties
first tap | change
after you have pressed change, you can choose the programm to open the jpeg.
