cannot open jpg files from some sources

Please be less cryptic. Include your Outlook version, account type, and a
desciption of what you're doing when you get that message.

Previously I had no problems open photos in Outlook. Now I get an error message the says "Cannot create file: Photo.JPG" and it tells me to right click the folder I want to create the file in". That doesn't work however.

I can't save the file either.

When I go through my archives and open an email from the same person, one that I've opened the attached JPG from in the past and placed in my documents, I can no longer open the JPG in my Outlook, but can open the same JPG from my documents.

I'm very confused!
