Cannot open laptop users mailbox as secondary

Hi,

I'm trying to add a secondary mailbox to outlook which
works but when I try to access it comes up with "unable to
expand folder". Could be something to do with user have
laptop and offline folders etc. Does anyone know a fix for
this? Help much appreciated.
