Cannot open projects/project professional from PWA project center

At one point, I was able to open projects using the PWA project center in the
usual fashion. Something has happened that is causing this to fail with the
error:

"Microsoft Office Project Professional 2007 is required for this action.
Ensure that your copy of project professional can connect to this server. If
both of these conditions are true and you still get this message, contact
your system administrator for assistance."

I am able to connect to projects using project pro and opening projects on
the server. Our manager wants to drill down to projects from PWA like before.

Can someone help with this please?

Hi MCC,

As your question involves Project Server and PWA, I suggest you re-post your
question (if you haven't already) to the Project Server newsgroup. Although
the project server gurus do visit here frequently, they are more focused on
the server newsgroup.
